PCV Surface Water Order 2024
Description: Consolidates all previous Permissible Consumptive Volume Surface Water Orders and amendments in to one overarching Permissible Consumptive Volume Surface Water Order, allows appropriate accounting for and broader application of section 51 take and use licences with the condition to return water taken back to the system.
Order applies to: All surface water areas.

PCV Groundwater Order 2024
Description: Consolidates all previous Permissible Consumptive Volume Groundwater Orders and amendments in to one overarching Permissible Consumptive Volume Groundwater Order, allows appropriate accounting for and broader application of section 51 take and use licences with the condition to return water taken back to the system. Corrects a legacy administrative error to allow existing groundwater licences to be reassigned against the correct water supply system to ensure accurate water reporting.
