WaterMAP
All Victorian urban non-residential customers are encouraged to develop a water management action plan (waterMAP) with their local water corporation, to demonstrate how they will use water more efficiently in the future.
A waterMAP assists eligible non-residential water customers across Victoria to:
- assess their water usage
- identify inefficiencies and opportunities for water savings
- prepare an action plan to implement water conservation activities
- annually report on the implementation of water conservation activities.
WaterMAP customers across the State have saved approximately 22 billion litres of water since the program’s inception in 2007.
