Small Business Rebates - Claiming a Rebate
To be eligible to claim a small business rebate under the Living Victoria Water Rebate Program, the eligible products and services need to be purchased and installed between 19 July 2011 and 30 June 2013. All claims for products and services purchased in this period must have claims lodged by 30 September 2013.

Applicants are required to provide details on products and services installed, including make and model specifications of the product(s). Applicants are also required to attach all receipt(s) and proof of installation (PIC certificate where required). Further terms and conditions are available on the small business rebate claim form.
Make sure the information requested on all pages of the claim form is completed.
