To be eligible to claim a rebate under the Living Victoria Water Rebate Program, the product needs to be purchased and installed between 1 July 2011 and 30 June 2013. All claims for products purchased in this period must have claims lodged by 30 September 2013.

You can claim your rebate by downloading and completing the relevant claim form:

Households connected to an urban reticulated water supply and who have an account with a Victorian urban water supplier

Domestic households that are self supplied (not connected to a reticulated water supply)

Claim forms can also be obtained by:

• calling DSE's Customer Service Centre on 136 186  
• obtaining a form from your local water supplier.

You will need to attach your receipt(s) and proof of installation (PIC certificate where required) – details are on the claim form.
