Investment Process
Investment in regional irrigation programs implementing land and water management plans is made through the Regional Catchment Investment Plan (RCIP) process; the framework used by many Victorian and Australian government catchment management programs.
Additional funds are invested in the research and development program and other non-regional projects, in processes separate to the RCIP.
All investment in external organisations is supported by service level agreements or contracts, with reporting systems in place to track performance and ensure accountability.
