Rainfall - October 2011
For parts of northern and south-western Victoria, October rainfall was below average. However rainfall was above average for Gippsland and areas west of Melbourne and average for the remainder of the State.
The highest total monthly rainfall of 211.2 mm was recorded at Weeaproinah in the Otways. Rainfall in Melbourne was generally average for October, however, was above average in the districts west of the CBD
