Rainfall - October 2009
Total rainfall for October was below average across most of Victoria, with the exception of East Gippsland, where total rainfall exceeded the long-term October average.
The highest total monthly rainfall of 171.8 mm was recorded at Mt Baw Baw.
Melbourne received 21.8 mm of rainfall in October, which is well below the long-term October average of 65.9 mm.
