Rainfall - July 2009
Rainfall totals were close to the long-term July average across most of Victoria. Above average rainfall for July was received in southwest Victoria, and in isolated patches across the state. Central, north west and north eastern Victoria received below average rainfall for the month..
The highest total monthly rainfall of 300.8 mm was recorded at Mount Buller in the Alpine region.
Melbourne received 39.6 mm of rainfall in July, close to the long-term July average of 47.7 mm.
