The Discussion Paper was released on 15 July 2009 and is the first step in the development of the Gippsland Region Sustainable Water Strategy. The Discussion Paper provides a review of water resources across the region, including an assessment of the risks to water availability in the future, and demonstrates the need to develop a long term strategy at a regional level.

Discussion Paper submissions closed on 18 September 2009 and will be considered in the development of the Draft Strategy. View all non-confidential Discussion Paper submissions.
