A register of bulk entitlements is kept by the Department of Environment and Primary Industries (DEPI) as required under section 48 of the Water Act 1989.

The register contains all bulk entitlements (as amended or transferred) granted under Part 4, Division 1 of the Act. It also includes environmental entitlements granted under Part 4, Division 1A.
