Barwon River Environmental Entitlement
The Minister for Water has allocated an environmental entitlement to water in the Barwon River for environmental watering of Reedy Lake and Hospital Swamp.
The Minister for Water also authorised the amendment and transfer of the entitlement to the Victorian Environmental Water Holder which took effect on 1 July 2011.
The Barwon River Environmental Entitlement came into operation on 23 June 2011 after being published in the Victorian Government Gazette No. G25 p1388 along with publication of notice of amendment made and notice of transfer:
