Review of Non-Water User Limit
The Non-Water User limit is a legislative cap on the volume of water shares that can be owned without attachment to (ie. association with) a parcel of land.
The Minister for Water initiated a review of the Non-Water User limit in February 2009.

The Non-Water User limit was removed by legislation passed through Parliament, and the legislation came into effect on 16 September 2009.
