Goulburn Valley Water - Strathbogie
On 28 April 2012, the Hon. Peter Walsh MLA, Minister for Water, approved Goulburn Valley Water’s application to convert historic urban water supply rights for the Strathbogie supply system to a bulk entitlement. This formalises the entitlement to Strathbogie’s existing supply system on a consistent legal basis with other urban bulk water entitlements across Victoria.
The Bulk Entitlement (Strathbogie) Conversion Order 2012 was published in the Government Gazette on 3 May 2012 and can be viewed or downloaded from the Victorian Water Register.
