Goulburn Valley Water - Molesworth
On 3 November 2011, the Minister for Water, the Hon. Peter Walsh MLA, approved Goulburn Valley Water Corporation’s application to convert historic rights to water for the Molesworth supply system to a bulk entitlement. The Bulk Entitlement (Alexandra) Conversion Order 1995 was amended by the Minister under section 44 of the Water Act 1989 to incorporate the entitlement to water for Molesworth.
The approved Bulk Entitlement (Alexandra) Conversion Amendment Order 2011 was published in the Government Gazette on 17 November 2011 and can be viewed or downloaded from the Victorian Water Register.
