Coliban Water - Trentham bulk entitlement application
On 28 March 2012, the Minister for Water, the Hon. Peter Walsh MLA, approved Coliban Water’s application to convert historic urban water supply rights for the Trentham supply system to a bulk entitlement. This formalises the entitlement to Trentham’s existing supply system on a consistent legal basis with other urban bulk water entitlements across Victoria.
The Bulk Entitlement (Trentham) Conversion Order 2012 was published in the Government Gazette on 5 April 2012 and can be viewed or downloaded from the Victorian Water Register.
